You cannot operate at peak performance if you are giving up control of yourself.  Talking with Chris yesterday we were discussing emotion in a situation.  If you allow someone else to dictate how you feel in any given situation you are giving them the ability to control you and control the situation.  By taking my time and focusing on what it is that I really want I am retaining control.  When I retain control of my emotions and my desired outcomes I have an infinitely better chance of reaching my desired outcome. This is true in lead generating and going on meetings. This is true in conversations with friends and family.  This is true when working with Nora and Hailey.  The more that I can control myself and how I feel the better leader that I can be.

We also got to have the Kennedys over for dinner last night. They are moving out to Colorado next week, so I am very happy that we got a chance to see them. I am very grateful to have them in my life. Harper and Nora love each other so much.  Emerson and Hailey are almost the exact same age as well, so I am sad that they are not going to get more time together.  It is always fantastic to see Ryan and Rachel and I am grateful to have another reason to move to Colorado.

I am grateful for running.

I am grateful for an amazing sphere.

I am grateful for holding Amber.

I am grateful for hugging Nora and Hailey.

I am grateful for delicious dinner.

I am grateful for a comfortable bed.

I love my life! Thank you!
