My Triumph Story, Take 2

I wanted to come back and revisit this and dive deeper to flesh out the story.  So here is my first attempt, and now I want to create a stronger visualization of what my triumph story is:

One thing that really helped put me on track is my Miracle Mornings.  Doing that gave me two things: consistency and focus.  By getting up every morning and refocusing myself, I was able to move forward on all fronts faster.  I remember when I realized that I could start buying rental properties now.  I had been holding off for so long, and then I realized I had all of the tools I needed at that moment.  So I went and I bought my first 3-plex.  In 2017, I went from having one rental property to having 15 simply because I realized that I could and I acted upon it.  Now my rental portfolio is in the triple digits and my next goal is to own 1,000 doors.

I think you will find 2017 is a pivotal year for me.  That was also the year that I made my second, first hire.  The best part about getting to make my first hire a second time is that I had lessons from my first first hire.  I found an incredible individual who is still with me to this day.  They filled in so many of my gaps and have made my business infinitely better than it was before.  I saw a glimpse of what having help would do for me the first time, and now I got to find out that what I knew was just the tip of the iceberg, and my business exploded!  Now I have the ability to step away and spend my time helping people grow and build the life that they want, and when I go back, my realtor business is bigger than when I left.

In 2017 I also started training for Dale Carnegie again, and that got me so addicted to helping people that I started the beginnings of Ryan Lynch as a coach, trainer, speaker, and writer.  That is what directly lead to me being here, in front of you, working with you to build the life that you want.

Consistency and Focus.  It is amazing what these two activities will get you.  Find your focus and stick to it.  Take massive action to get where you want to go.  Do what  you are supposed to do, and you will get what you are supposed to get.
