Continuing my impact thoughts, here is number two:
I am the energizer bunny. I have strength, energy, flexibility, health and stamina. I can play anything with my kids and they get tired before I do. I can bike with my friends, and take long hikes with Amber, Nora, and Hailey.
First and foremost this will impact me and how I feel on a day to day basis. I find that when I eat crap and don’t exercise I simply feel more negative and down on life. When I am exercising regularly and eating well I feel phenomenal and like I can do anything. I use the word feel to cover physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This will greatly impact Nora and Hailey because I have more energy. I can play with them. I am not tired by the end of the day. I can do whatever they want to do and keep them active because I am not slowing them down.
This will impact Amber because I know that she feels the same way that I do about being physically fit. I also know that she tends to follow my lead. If I am working out regularly, it helps her push herself to workout. When I am not, she does not feel the push as much.
This will also impact my business. The more energy that I have, the easier it is for me to lead generate, lead follow up, and go on meetings. I will also have more passion and energy in all of those instances, and that is infectious to the people that I am talking to. Plus, as I build my team, I am more likely to attract people who themselves are full of passion and energy, and that will only help my business grow.
