I am so happy and grateful now that I see the power of honesty. Yesterday I had multiple offers on a house that I just listed.  The sellers pushed back and wanted to wait and see if they could get more.  I did not fight them. I did not argue with them. I simply gave them my honest assessment of past experience, and helped them move to a point where they can get the most money possible.  I was simply honest and forward with them.  Doing so helped them out immensely.

I am also grateful that everyone got to go out  and see Nora’s gymnastics again.  She loves it so much and it is so fun to watch her.  When she notices that we are watching she starts to mug for us and be silly.  I love that little girl so much.

I am so grateful that Hailey is so relaxed.  She did not get her second full nap yesterday. We still brought her with us to Nora’s gymnastics even though it meant a late bedtime.  And she just goes and has fun.  She is so close to walking now.  She can make it around pretty handily only holding on by one hand at this point.  I think it will be a race to see if she turns one first, or if she walks first.  I love that girl so much.

And I am so grateful that Amber and I get to end our nights together relaxing and being with each other.  Nothing makes me happier than just being with Amber.  I love her so much.

Thank you for this life!
