Focus and clarity. I am amazed at what those two things are doing for me. Since I have become very clear on what it is that I actually want in my life, I can consistently look at what I am doing, and how it is, or is not, getting me there. Then, implementing the miracle morning gives me huge focus around it. And everything in it helps me towards my goals. I truly love what I am doing, and how I feel throughout my day.
It is very interesting that I also ran across a video of Louis CK talking about sadness, and how we should embrace it. Because we cannot feel anything (happiness, sadness, etc) wholly unless we feel everything wholly. So, I intend to explore my emotions and see what happens when I let them wash over me. More to come.
