My name is Ryan Jay Webster Lynch.  I am a Performance Consultant for Dale Carnegie Training.  We improve the performance of a business by improving its peoples’ performance.  Dale Carnegie is structured to work with organizations in three distinct areas:

Customized Solutions: We provide full solutions that will bring specific business results to a company, team or a department. These could include increasing revenue, market share, productivity, profitability etc.

Public Programs: Our public programs provide longer term coaching programs that produce significant performance changes in individuals or teams. The programs fall around our core competencies of Leadership, Sales, Human Relations, Communications, Presentations and Team Development.

Seminars: Our seminar business has one day intense tactical coaching on specific business areas such as cold calling, doing performance reviews, effective meetings etc.
